How to Join a Zoom Session
For the online sessions, we will use a very user friendly platform called ZOOM.
The ZOOM platform is video-based and will allow you to see all the participants. It’s best to join via a laptop or desktop with video functionality and a webcam but you can also connect via the mobile app – ZOOM Cloud Meetings.
To join the sessions, click the following link:
ZOOM will auto-install the program directly onto your computer the first time you click the link and then connect you to the meeting. You can use the same link to access each of the online sessions in the pilot. The link will work from a PC, Mac, Linus, iOS or Android.
We recommend you perform a test run by clicking this link so you can test your video and audio as well as adjust your lighting if needed.

As the sessions are live and interactive and will include breakout groups, where you discuss or practice with other participants, please make sure you are in a quiet environment when you join in live.
